Being able to see who has opened your emails or clicked around on the links is a powerful advantage above your competitors as you can use the information to target interested subscribers more effectively. The bulk email software will also automatically record all bounced and unsubscribed statistics, keeping your mailing list accurate and admin free.
Email Campaign Management
What is Email Campaign Management?
123Media offers email campaign management to clients who do not wish to send out their own email campaigns. This is usually an option to companies who do not have the time or the technical know-how to create their email campaigns or send them out. Our programme is extremely user friendly but sometimes customers prefer to have someone else handle this on their behalf. This service is charged at R150 per email campaign.Email Campaign Management includes the following:
- Uploading your contacts / database into a contact list
- Inserting your content, images and links into your email template
- Scheduling your email campaign to send out on a specific date or time
- Sending the statistics to you one week after the campaign has been sent out. This includes unsubscribed, bounced and link statistics.
Email Campaign Management does not include the following:
- Formatting contact lists or providing contact lists- Correcting email addresses that were uploaded incorrectly.
- Creating html templates to be used for email campaigns
Bulk Email Template Design
Creating a unique design to suite your company's look can help make your email campaigns more professional and effective. Although our programme offers many built-in templates to choose from, you may feel that the templates don't exactly fit what you are looking for or you may find a template that does match but doesn't have the correct colour scheme in place.
123Media therefore offers HTML Bulk Email Template Design. You will need to provide us with a basic idea of what you want, the images and some content. If you want the same look and feel as your website or a pamphlet you currently use, we will create the template to match that.
Our email template designs start from R599 per template.
